G-CSF (Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor) is a growth factor that stimulates the proliferation, differentiation, and mobilization of hematopoetic stem cells. G-CSF is being used clinically to facilitate hematopoietic recovery after bone marrow transplantation. This antibody recognizes human G-CSF protein.
